#PayPal is useless as can be!!!! I've been waiting 15 days for my refund! One agent after the other with so much excuses!!!!!! Ordered good from DressHead and after 2 days they informed me that they are going to refund me but through PayPal!! Ever since I've been struggling! After sending my statements to proof that they haven't refunded me, I need to wait another 7 business days! If they aren't refunding me today, I'll make sure #PayPal will loose all their clients!!!! I am FED UP WITH PAYPAL and their useless excuses! This is my story!!!!!!!! I'm going to expose PayPal everywhere I can for fraud and theft if my money is not paid back into my account today!!!!
I've ordered several times from snatcher before. Quality of products are excellent. Bought a humidifier for my son, smaller than expected but works wonderfully. I've recently purchased a Superhero Dance Hero for my hubby (Hulk) and he is totally in love with it. Best purchase I've ever made. Thank you Snatcher for excellent service and fast delivery.
Our first time visiting and will NEVER go back. Most horrible experience ever!!!!! We waited 35min for our food. The waitress never came once to check up on us. We were charged for things we didn't order. We finally spoke to Liam, he was so rude. Told us we only waited 35 min. It's not bad considering that they were busy. Then after he swore my husband and my brother in law, telling them they are c**ts because he know "their type" Most disgusting services EVER!!!!!
This company does not even deserve a 1 star! The contacted my husband on 26 October 2019, informing him that he can upgrade on one of his Vodacom contacts. They offered him 2 options, the Samsung Galaxy A30 and the Huawei P30 Lite. My husband took the Huawei P30 Lite After he submitted all his information, we waited for a waybill number or any indication of delivery. On Tuesday 22 October 2019 my husband sent them an email asking about the waybill number. Customer care informed him that the phone was submitted for delivery and he will be contacted upon delivery. A few hours later my husband received another "order confirmation" of a Lenovo Idea Pad which my husband never ordered. Today, 23 October 2019, the 5th Working day, my husband contacted them regarding his order. They informed him that he never qualified for the phone but they just assumed that he wanted the Lenovo Idea Pad instead. They never made any effort to contact him regarding his order whatsoever. Dear Cuddlers, I have emailed you twice regarding the nappies we have received. Since the 22nd of June I have not received any feedback regarding my complaint, yet you print on your packets to email ********** I found 5 nappies in a packet of 4+ nappies I couldn't use and it was only half way used. I have paid R129.99 for the packet but some if them I had to throw away. When I logged a complaint I didn't receive feedback.... Excellent customer care you guys give!!!!! I am very unhappy!!!!!
