Cuddlers nappies complaint

Dear Cuddlers,

I have emailed you twice regarding the nappies we have received. Since the 22nd of June I have not received any feedback regarding my complaint, yet you print on your packets to email **********

I found 5 nappies in a packet of 4+ nappies I couldn't use and it was only half way used. I have paid R129.99 for the packet but some if them I had to throw away. When I logged a complaint I didn't receive feedback....

Excellent customer care you guys give!!!!! I am very unhappy!!!!!
