We forgot to replace the dustbin in the Nannyvac (Brilliant little machine), and subsequently ended up with a bad whine in the vacuum cleaner. I contacted Nannyvac via their website to enquire about a new fan/motor. Charlton called me a couple of minutes later (this was after 19:00), offering to service the unit. They paid for the courier from Pta to CT, Replaced all broken parts, thoroughly cleaned the unit and returned via courier, No cost to me! Charlton updated me through-out to inform me of the progress. This is brilliant service, going way, way further than what is expected (seeing that the damage was due to my negligence). This is why businesses grow and become very successful. Well done!
