Your service delivery has been nothing but appalling. What seems to be the delay, can you get this right? Please schedule a time in which you call and confirm. Don’t call when it suits you, but rather call at my convenience.

Please can this matter be escalated to a manager so that I am not forced to interact with Lesego Skosana. Lesego does not respond to emails on time and his/her quality of service is poor to be honest.

Please sort this out as a matter of urgency. Surely this can’t be Afrihost. They do not operate in such a substandard manner.
