I booked in my car for a repair at Nash Nissan and brought it in on 08th July 2025. No one called me me give me an update about the car on the day. When I called them later in the afternoon, no one knew where my car was, all 3 service advisors didn’t know where my car was, even my service advisor DELANA MANUEL didn’t know where my car was. They eventually found the car after asking questions like, “when did I bring the car?” And that’s after I made another follow up later on the day and was told that the technician is still busy with it. The following day I called to make another follow upon the car and was told that the technician is busy on the car. How long dors it take for Nash Nissan to diagnose the problem of the vehicle? I’ve been making follow up with the after being told that she will call me in 20 minutes and never does. Every time I make a follow up I always get the same answer, I’ll call you in the 15 minutes and never does. It’s the third day now and still the technician is still diagnosing the car. She even told that there are other cars there. My car spent the night in the dealership and I’m being told that I have to understand that they have other cars to deal with.
When I called to say I’m coming to get my car and taking it to another dealership, her response was “OHK!” Showing that they haven’t began with car.
I’M NEVER! EVER TAKING MY CAR TO THAT DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!!!!
