This GYM COMPANY IS A ****‼️‼️‼️ I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO JOIN IN BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT‼️‼️‼️‼️ I joined the gym in 2021 as I reside in Sky City because it was convenient for me. I could easily jog or walk to the gym. Now that the gym decided to move elsewhere without our engagement, I decided not be a member anymore because I don’t know where they moved to as I was not fami**** with the area. No letters, emails, SMS’s or any form of communication was done but just a note on the door 🚪 when I had my bag and ready for training that they had moved elsewhere. I stopped paying because the gym is far from my place and didn’t sign up to gym where they are currently. Been getting CALLS FROM NIMBLE that I owe the gym an amount of 10K. How??? NO one spoke to anyone when they moved!!! They wanted to grow their clientele. I reversed all debits because I was no longer going to the gym as I didn’t know where they are, didn’t have transportation to go the gym. If anything, they are the ones that should be apologetic to their clients because we still stay at Sky City, we didn’t move but they did. Now, they are tarnishing my name as I’ve been handed over to NIMBLES. Doesn’t NIMBLE enquire on why is the client no longer paying?? They just put one’s name under review as if one is a bad payer. ****MERS!!!!! When you call their accounts department, no one is available to assist. Either the person is off SICK, or just didn’t come to work. This is totally uncalled for because of they were still at Sky City, I’d still be a member because they served my purpose by being closer to home. Now that they had moved, I see no reason to continue paying. Am I being unreasonable???? I don’t think so‼️‼️‼️‼️
I booked in my car for a repair at Nash Nissan and brought it in on 08th July 2025. No one called me me give me an update about the car on the day. When I called them later in the afternoon, no one knew where my car was, all 3 service advisors didn’t know where my car was, even my service advisor DELANA MANUEL didn’t know where my car was. They eventually found the car after asking questions like, “when did I bring the car?” And that’s after I made another follow up later on the day and was told that the technician is still busy with it. The following day I called to make another follow upon the car and was told that the technician is busy on the car. How long dors it take for Nash Nissan to diagnose the problem of the vehicle? I’ve been making follow up with the after being told that she will call me in 20 minutes and never does. Every time I make a follow up I always get the same answer, I’ll call you in the 15 minutes and never does. It’s the third day now and still the technician is still diagnosing the car. She even told that there are other cars there. My car spent the night in the dealership and I’m being told that I have to understand that they have other cars to deal with. When I called to say I’m coming to get my car and taking it to another dealership, her response was “OHK!” Showing that they haven’t began with car. I’M NEVER! EVER TAKING MY CAR TO THAT DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!!!!
I bought a house at Leopard Rest Estate, the window wasn’t installed. I was called and told that the house was complete, had to make an arrangement with the person who installs stoves (gas stove) because they don’t install until the key has been given to the owner. I called that person and made an arrangement for him to come on Monday to install the stove. On that Monday I was told that the person had been involved in a car accident. That’s sad news. I thought the company will organise for someone else to come to install the stove. It’s been a week already without a stove, had to buy take aways and mind you they are very expensive considering that I had been buying them for the whole week because the person that was suppose to install it had been involved in an accident. It’s sad but the company could’ve easily arranged for someone to came and continue with the work that needs to be done. When I report the matter to MDUDUZI KHAMBULE he told me that he doesn’t have the head office email address and can’t help me in that regard. He said to me I have to wait for the person to recover or wait for Monday, it’s already Friday and have to spend the weekend buying take aways, I suggested that they buy a voucher for me to buy take aways because I can’t buy them anymore to eat for the weekend, they just thought I’m crazy, clearly they taking me for granted because they have already received their money from the bank. The service from these people is SUPER POOR!!!! They don’t take clients serious and yet a lot of money had been paid to them. COSMOPOLITAN IS A DISAPPOINTED OR RATHER A DISGRACE TO ME!!! I always heard when people complained about them but this time, I experienced it myself!!!
MTN is a ****. I've never had any contract with MTN and never used MTN for the past 10 years and to my surprise I have an outstanding amount of R12 000. How so?? When I enquire no one is able to assist me and that reflects bad on my credit score!!!!!!!!! YA'LL ARE FLIPPIN' ****MMMSSSS!!!!
I'm a Vodacom customer and haven't used MTN for the past 10 to 11 years. I recently found out that I 'owe' MTN an amount of R12 000 and I've never had any contract with MTN. I tried calling the service call center and non of them have been able to assist me as they have been transferring from one department to another. What they would do, the call center agent would just be rude to you and just transfer your call to another department without even notifying you. This is so frustrating as my credit score is being affected and I'm afraid for MTN because clearly our information is easily leaked out to *****sters.
WORST COMPANY/ SERVICE EVER!!!!! I've been trying to get hold of my POLICY SCHEDULE from CAPITAL LEGACY for the last 6 months now and every service consultant I speak to, I keep getting the same answer, we can't send you the schedule as our system has an error!!!! I'm being debited on a monthly basis and I don't even know what my benefits are. They can read them to you but once you ask them to send what was read to you, there's always a system error!!! If you say you will hold for them to send the policy to you, you will hold for the next 2 HOURS and they will not even bother to call you back!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with these THESE people!!! ***** these ONES!!!
I had the worst service from vodacom. On the 19th of July 2023 I received a call from one of the service consultants of vodacom offering me an upgrade on my number without increasing my premium. And, I specifically asked her that will my premium increase because if it will, therefore I'm not interested. She specifically (CONFIDENTLY) said it won't increase as VODACOM is running a special. Came month end when the debit order runs, the amount increase by R700. I made a follow up with them and no one was able to assist. I asked for a recording of our call because I had the time and date and I knew axactly what I signed up for, you know what they did, they told me that it takes 7 days to access the recording, after 7 days no one called me, I had to call back and still no one was able to assist but migrate me back to my original plan and still pay for the amount that I did not sign up for. All these calls from the 'UPGRADES' department from VODACOM are a ****, do not fall for them. VODACOM IS THE WORST, I CAN'T FOR MY CONTRACT TO END SO I CAN LEAVE THE DAMN **** COMPANY!!!!
just experienced the worst horrible service from Bettersure. I was on the line for more than an hour and a half being transferred from one department to another. I wanted to do a simple thing, just to log in a claim. Every person that I spoke to kept on transferring to another and yet the company is COMMITTED TO BETTER SERVICE. Why do we have to experience the WORST service and this is the second time this happens. The one was supposed to call back , and guess what, she never did. This is by far the worst company based in these experiences to do business with.
