I worked for 6 months for Nashua as a consultant had issues where I was told I was discussing people I don't kow I played a grievance and then a fellow Co worker instead of my manager approaching me she did I don't thing it should come from higher management I was promised permancy however when my contract was about to end they told me I am no longer needed I was even advised that I am entitled to no family benefits I asked for a payslip they payroll officer advised that because I am not on their books all she can do is give me confirmation no uif was deducted I couldn't even claim uif I am a single mother of three and have been doing girl Friday jobs just to support them I handed have a labour dispute with the labour department and I sent the head of Nashua Ltd all correspondence.
This has left me in a financial struggle and I live with my mother my and my children this dispute has been going with the labour department since the 31st of October they even gave me a reference I keep following up and nothing is being done and a family member who is a prosecutor advised me to take this up. And if nothing is done he will handle the situation.
