I have had an experience with this company . They are totally and transparent with everything and especially in today's world where there are so many ****med. They give you peace of mind in knowing that yiu can trust in them . They are so professional and their service is outstanding a tally amazing .
I am writing on behalf of my mother Mrs Auriel Allison of 49 Herring circle she was charged for fibre that has not even been connected I work in telecommunications and a feasibility should have been done to see if fibre works in the area. She had paid installation and subscription Andi would like this to be refunded as she is old and vulnerable and I feel she was taken advantage of if this is not done I will be taking this to my lawyer
I had a gentleman approach me for a businesss opportunity created. A debi check on my account and advised the first 10 clients I get they will debit my account I went about my day I received funds into my account and an amount of R605 that was already accounted for and I have been having hassles trying to get my money I did advise the guy I am working and have no time when I so I will start. I approached him for my money and have me a lot of excuses . All I want is my money back I have tried contacting Ifa clientele who they deal with to no avail. I believe that this is how they make their money by ****ming people Al I want is my money back and they refuse I have not even started business with them. I went to sell my phone to get a cheaper one at the franchise in worshop durban got the phone they showed me it was charging I get home it's not charging and was told that there is no guarantee on the phone upon returning home I notice a small crack when i tried selling another phone they didn't accept it because of the crack they did advised if this is not sorted I am going to the ombudsman this is poor customer service the phone is not charging goes in and off so I wasted my money now I have no phone for people to contact me 0672078055
Good day I went to sell my phone and get a cheaper one I got it it worked fine when I was in the surban store at the workshop durban I am using my nieces phone to write this the phone is not charging it switches on and off now I have no phone and they advised that there is no guarantee on the phone now I have no phone nland no money to get my phone out if this is not sorted I am going to the ombudsman 0672078055 I am highly upset this is not customer service plus the phone got a scratch which I only noticed when I got home when I tried to sell my phone with a small Crack I was told they won't take it.

I had to go to the branch as someone was using my card for uber rides in Jhb I live in Durban. Paid R70 for a replacement card used my card once tried again my pin is not working so I called because with many bank I have banked with before allow you to change your pin on your app or internet banking. Now there is little funds in there but what if that gets taken I do not have time to go up and down to the branch as I am unemployed and still pay another R70 for a card . They advised I need to go into the branch to change something so simple as a atm pin then was advised I need to log a ***** case and it will take 30 days. If I get no joy I am going to the ombudsman. Pathetic service besides the consultant that helped me with my card very friendly and professional but besides that their bank fees are exorbitant. If this is not sorted out they will hear from my uncle who is a prosecutor
I worked for 6 months for Nashua as a consultant had issues where I was told I was discussing people I don't kow I played a grievance and then a fellow Co worker instead of my manager approaching me she did I don't thing it should come from higher management I was promised permancy however when my contract was about to end they told me I am no longer needed I was even advised that I am entitled to no family benefits I asked for a payslip they payroll officer advised that because I am not on their books all she can do is give me confirmation no uif was deducted I couldn't even claim uif I am a single mother of three and have been doing girl Friday jobs just to support them I handed have a labour dispute with the labour department and I sent the head of Nashua Ltd all correspondence. This has left me in a financial struggle and I live with my mother my and my children this dispute has been going with the labour department since the 31st of October they even gave me a reference I keep following up and nothing is being done and a family member who is a prosecutor advised me to take this up. And if nothing is done he will handle the situation.
I was working for Nashua and have logged a laboir case for unfair practice I was told I am not entitled to employee benefits as I am a consultant they let me go in October now I have a labour case with the depart3of labour since 31 October I keep following up on the reference given but no response I wasn't pahinng uif or tax they were paying me off the payroll and when I asked for a payslip they said I am not entitled to one all they can give me is a letter of confirmation that I worked there. I have made numerous follow ups and nothing
