i signed up for a digital touch screen machine on rent to own from Nashua South Coast, since the first few months of signing the machine nashua south coast didn't have ink , this cost my company huge losses as we had canceled training I eventually stopped my debit order and asked nashua to uplift their useless machine and they couldn't keep stock nashua then decided to offer me to keep the machine because I want my full refund of all my rent to own payments, nashua south coast still bills me for their machine and I don't want it , I want my full refund for my machine and a payment for all my business losses I lost over 118 000.00 with cancelled trainings. Nashua I want my monies , monies don't grow on trees

Absolutely horrific company. They promised me a month to month contract instead if was 60months. Absolutely misleading. They then said I must pay a settlement of 20k. This has happend to alot of people. A nice lawsuit will get instated if nothing happens

We were pitched a “Nashua Solution” for our telephone system, which we never got. The Nashua appointed salesperson – Deon sold us something, which we had to eventually implement ourselves. There was no implementation of the “solution” we were sold and the entire process was poor and mismanaged. We had to hire someone to manage the implementation of the system and handle the problem solving with features that should have been working. We dealt with the matter direct with Nashua and ECN and never complained socially / publicly. 4 years later and more than 80% of the way through our contract, with over R150 000 paid out to Nashua for the rental of the equipment only. For equipment costing in the range of R35 000 to R50 000. We have our company shut down due to Covid 19 and the national lockdown in SA. We are put in a financial position and ask Nashua to please allow us to give back the equipment. (Which for reference has zero capital value to them at the end of the contract, they have got another company to finance it, so have never paid out a cent, we have paid for it 3 or 4 times over and then they get to take it back and sell it on to someone else) This may allow us to recover and keep our doors open. However Nashua takes the balance of our contract, adds up the remaining months and adds R5000 on top of the settlement and presents it to us as a settlement. In the meanwhile, Nashua disconnects all our outgoing calls (8th of June 2020) and then terminates all our incoming calls (26th of June 2020). So instead of assisting us and coming up with a “reasonable” settlement after already receiving 3 times the cost of the equipment, they disconnect us from our clients, making our situation worse. I have never dealt with such a disrespectful and heartless company.

Regarding your Boksburg branch ! I was employed as a sales exec and after 3 weeks I found them 10 deals ! they asked me to resign !. Is that normal nope ! with the basic salary offered and no contribution to petrol or wear and tear to do rep work and then treating me with violence. I had no choice but to resign. I hope they restructure there offices there in Boksburg. Huge potential / little co-ordination s****s from team ! Poor service ! - do not be a rep there

Was lead to believe we are signing a contract for a telephone that includes calls - a few years later we only notice we are paying for all our calls and paying over R900 PER MONTH to rent a simple telephone we can buy from Game for around R1500. Lodged a complaint and tried to cancel - simply got told sorry ''pay us R21 000, the value of the remaining binding contract...'', and here is our lawyers details. We are a small bistro in Stellenbosch and we are beyond angry about this. In the last two years we have already paid Nashua over 20 times the value of this simple phone, and now they want to bully us to cough up this ludicrous amount of money! Shocking!

I wrote a review on 4 July 2018 and got an immediate response saying that my complaint would be handled with URGENCY, well as is the norm with these Nashua Companies, absolutely nothing has been done. I have sent follow-ups which are ignored. Now if Nashua Cape Town does this to an ex-employee what are they doing to their clients? I wonder!!!! I need the money that was taken from me and the money that was not paid to me to be paid NOW!!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from a big Corporate company of South Africa and the MD is Francois Koekemoer, who i am sure a lot of people know. PLEASE PAY ME MY MONEY NOW!!!!!

I am a previous employee of Nashua Cape Town which belongs to the major Corporate Reunert Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Apart from being a very tough environment to work in, unfortunately when you resign monies are just deducted from your salary ILLEGALLY and no matter how many mails you send, you are just ignored. Over and above this, i am also owed 2 days' salary that is just never being paid to be either. I have gone so far as to request an investigation by The Reunert Group, and still nothing is being done. I have sent over 45 emails backwards and forwards in an effort to try to get this resolved, but still nothing. I feel it is highly unethical behaviour and if this is allowed to happen to ex-employees (and i am not the only 1) then who else is this behaviour being allowed to continue with. I cannot afford a lawyer to take this on because that will cost me a fortune (which i don't have) and of course, they are a very big Corporate with lawyers on a retainer. Please be careful when dealing with these people.
