If I could I would give no stars to this ********** lot. Whatever you do, do not buy a motor car from these people. They do not tell you all that is happening with the vehicle that you want to purchase and when you try to complain they try to sell you more ****. The Dealer Principle, Stuart Neame, is the most arrogant, self-centered individual. He knows absolutely nothing about keeping a customer happy. I am not an irrational person, but goodness, they just do not tell you the truth, and don't even try to complain to Hyundai Head Office because all they do is stand by the dealerships which mean they can get away with anything. Help me get the word out there please so that people can be careful when dealing with these people!!!!!!!
Vodacom is the most useless bunch of fibre suppliers in the country at the moment. My fibre has been down since Thursday last week and I have received ABSOLUTELY ZERO feedback. I have called the Customer Service line twice a day since and this has been escalated each and every time and STILL NOTHING IS HAPPENING. I have asked for Manager or Supervisor to be in touch numerous times and of course STILL NOTHING. Is anybody else out there receiving this kind of NON-SERVICE. I bet Vodacom will still bill me for these days because they love taking your money but absolutely ABHOR giving any kind of service!!!!!!!!! I SO WISH THIS CONTRACT WOULD COME TO AN END VERY QUICKLY SO THAT I CAN CHANGE SUPPLIERS, BECAUSE DEALING WITH VODACOM IS EQUIVALENT TO DEALING WITH COMPLETE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has anybody applied for their id book or card online? I am having the most difficult time with this, first of all the line keeps cutting off or people are just putting the phone down. I have been trying for months now, just to get my email address confirmed. I have logged a call, but every time i call the Call Centre i must do all kinds of things, and of course they wont put you through to anyone who can actually assist you. Is this a ruse so that i cant vote??????? I cannot believe that because some **** broke into my residence and stole my property i have to go through all this hassle. Does anybody have someone i can contact withing Home Affairs, because apparently it is not about actually doing your job but who you know. I would appreciate some assistance, thank you.
I wrote a review on 4 July 2018 and got an immediate response saying that my complaint would be handled with URGENCY, well as is the norm with these Nashua Companies, absolutely nothing has been done. I have sent follow-ups which are ignored. Now if Nashua Cape Town does this to an ex-employee what are they doing to their clients? I wonder!!!! I need the money that was taken from me and the money that was not paid to me to be paid NOW!!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from a big Corporate company of South Africa and the MD is Francois Koekemoer, who i am sure a lot of people know. PLEASE PAY ME MY MONEY NOW!!!!!
I am a previous employee of Nashua Cape Town which belongs to the major Corporate Reunert Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Apart from being a very tough environment to work in, unfortunately when you resign monies are just deducted from your salary ILLEGALLY and no matter how many mails you send, you are just ignored. Over and above this, i am also owed 2 days' salary that is just never being paid to be either. I have gone so far as to request an investigation by The Reunert Group, and still nothing is being done. I have sent over 45 emails backwards and forwards in an effort to try to get this resolved, but still nothing. I feel it is highly unethical behaviour and if this is allowed to happen to ex-employees (and i am not the only 1) then who else is this behaviour being allowed to continue with. I cannot afford a lawyer to take this on because that will cost me a fortune (which i don't have) and of course, they are a very big Corporate with lawyers on a retainer. Please be careful when dealing with these people.
I find it unbelievable that Vodacom is still charging their clients R150 to upgrade their phones. This is ridiculous, and when my boyfriend went to upgrade his phone on Thursday, he was charged R148 to move his contacts and such to his new device from his old device. I mean really now, how is this possible? Most especially with every other network doing it for free!!!!!!!
I cannot believe that Nedbank have the nerve to tell me how to transfer monies from one account to another. I was told today that i cannot transfer funds without an Internet Profile. I wanted to do a telephonic transfer which i could do in the past because i was asked security questions now i cant do this. This fellow kept saying to me that i have to have an Internet Profile in order for them to help me telephonically. I do not want my bank account anywhere on the internet, and then he has the nerve to tell me that Nedbank is 100% secure, the only thing on the planet that is 100% secure is DEATH. I am extremely disappointed at this lack of service. He then tried to put me through to either the Collections Dept or said to me to go to the bank: withdraw the money and then deposit into the account i want to put it into. Can you just imaging the cost for doing this? I am deeply irritated and i will not be suggesting to anybody that i know for them to move their account to Nedbank, which i have done time and time again in the past. I expect absolutely nothing will come of this because really i am a tiny little person who is not a millionaire, so the possibility of anybody actually wanting to do anything about this probably sits somewhere between slim and none.
