Nasiol ZR53 Ceramic coating
Purchased a new vehicle and purchased the ZR53 (ceramic coating) option for the new vehicle. I asked all necessary questions, ie. staining, cracking, peeling, damaged to paintwork, and so on; with no reasons given to not apply product. Within first two weeks (vehicle's first wash) i noticed white (water) stains on vehicle surface which i could NOT remove. Called dealership to remedy - they sent out company who applies product. Company was 'baffled' by the water stains, but, managed to remove with electric polisher. Now, again two weeks later there are same water mark stains on surface which I cannot remove when washing. I paid R5000-00 for this SURFACE PROTECTOR application. It does not live up to promises made by company. My vehicle is black and this could perhaps be part of the problem (where dirt shows easier), however, no warnings or indicators were given. I have no doubt these stains can only be on darker-coloured vehicles. Really disappointed with this product and would not recommend based on my experience.

Excellent Customer Service
The first time I was introduced to Jenny Pike her intention was never to make a sale from us. I could see she was more interested in relationship building. This is the key to a successful business. Not whether you buy their products or not. You remain engaged as you never know what the future outcome would be. In the past we would buy a product and it did not achieve the results we were looking for. This meant we waisted money on something we would never use again. This was not the case with Nasiol SA. After samples was send we could make conscious decision if the product would work for us or not after testing it. Nasiol is a good product and we would definitely be using more of it going forward. Thank you for excellent customer service experience and delivery.
