Worst bank for service! Delivery of my new credit card was abruptly ended when the courier company driver was hijacked. I was not even informed of this. I discovered this by trying to pay for an item and the card kept being rejected. Went to branch to find out why my card blocked without receiving the new one, only to be told driver was hijacked. A week later im expecting to be told new card arrival - nothing? Called credit card division only to be told that I had to rwquest a new one. None of this was told to me. Nothing told about blocked card, failed delivery, replacement of ****** card, NOTHING!!! Two weeks after initially ordering - NO card!
Been battling over 1 month now to get a brand new (damaged) tablet replaced. At every juncture there was no assistance. I had no option but to call the sales representative through whom I took the contract. This gent Thulani Rakgalakane made it his mission to assist me. Today i heard contract cancelled and money refunded. The disgusting service i received from Louis Papo, Belinda Stone (both line managers), and all staff in customer service was a disgraceful experience. Remember his name: THULANI RAKGALAKANE. Will never buy vodacom again.
Upgraded my contract + 2 weeks ago and received new tablet. Unpacked box to find the screen cracked. Reported it to sales consultant Thulani Rakgalakane (0747881991). At this point he said he would revert to update me - no response. I called again and again he said he would call to update - no response. Update again was to inform me he would again get back to me. After week I called him demanding update explanation. He could give me an honest answer. i requested to speak to his line manager - Louis Papo (0747881991). I demanded to know what was going on. He said they were investigating the matter. (Which i should have been told a week earlier). He assured he would keep me updated! Days later no response wherewith I contacted him: "Investigation completed and Vodacom will collect tablet from me". 1 week later no response. To date received no communication on collection. The dozen times i have spoken to the staff above, i have requested the new contract - nothing received. I have requested through above staff for their line manager to call me - Belinda Stone. No response. This is for an R18k tablet. This is shocking service and customer relations.
18 days no internet!!! ZERO STAR. Between them and Home-connect a bunch of idiots (that would be compliment). Lies, promises, broken promises, scheduled times to repair - no show, no apology for wasting my time - no response. I've had to get abrupt and rude at times to get a response and some mobility on resolving issue - to no avail. STILL NOTHING. WHY!!! 18 DAYS!!! The ROT THAT HAS BECOME THE ACCEPTABLE 'NORMAL'.
Zero star. 12 days to solve problem. Hence 12 days no internet. IS THIS ACCEPTABLE IN TODAYS CLIMATE?? FINALLY, last night Cole from HC was able to find solution. Cole is head and shoulders above the so-called 'Managers' at HC ie. Richard/Phumulele. Your disgraceful handling of the problem certainly questions your so called exceptional customer service. 5 stars to you Cole for putting the clowns to shame.

ZERO STAR!!! NOW day 10 with no internet connection to my home. Have been dealing with all the clowns and ******s to try find a solution. Today new router was to be delivered. AGAIN SOME LONG #@$#%$#@ EXCUSE. DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING SERVICE.
ZERO Star Service to match the hap-hazard internet down time we experience. Home Connect customer at least or about 3 years now. First year was great, got the internet we paid for and the customer service was good. But it has been downhill since then. We are down quite regularly now. Most recent at time of writing: no internet for three days: sent 4 call-me-back messages, 1 whatsapp chat, 3 emails and all in all NOT ONE RESPONSE. Automated responses: High call volume; leave messages; YOU DONT GET TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY!! This morning (10 April) STILL NO RESPONSE. Do NOT sign up with them you will regret it. Their customer service is always having issues, are rude, and dont know what they are talking about. Since AFRIHOST have taken over service is shocking.
Purchased item online. Received sms informing parcel delivered. Did NOT receive parcel. Their contact numbers: nobody willing to assist!!!
I have been buying Levi's for 4 decades plus. Their online site for customer service does NOT work. Another microcosm of the LARGER problem in SA. ***********, inefficient, no knowledge, and so on and so on and so on .....,
