Poor service
These people work with finances but they don't understand the difference between 2024 and 2025. I requested an IRP5 certificate from them Two months ago they keep on sending me for 2025 which is not due yet. I have explained to them I need one for 2024 twice now but without any success. I now have received a penalty from SARS due to their incompetence.

NJMPF APP THIS IS A MOST USELESS APP AND A TOTAL WASTE OF PENSIONERS FUNDS WHEN THE PASSWORD IS TYPED IN IT CANNOT BE VIEWED WHEN YOU LOGIN IT GOES TO CAPITA WHICH DOES NOT WORK WHAT IS THE NEED FOR CAPITA WHEN LOGGING IN. NJMPF STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH PENSIONERS WITH A UNNECESSARY CAPITA WHEN ONE REQUESTS THE PASSWORD NOTHING EVER HAPPENS THIS APP NEEDS TO BE MADE MORE USER FRIENDLY THAT CAN BE QUICKLY LOGGED IN FOR EASY ACCESS TO INFORMATION.
