I have the highest praises and thanks to the City Power Randburg office, trying to deal with people when the system was an absolute no go , from the administrators right up to technicians, exceptional professionalism and can do attitude aimed at resolution in the most expediant manner possible. Absolutely amazing service, God bless you all.
I recently reached out to Natachia De Miola who works at death benefit regarding a situation I was not particularly sure could be resolved so efficiently. To my surprise I was met with so much empathy and such a willingness to assist. Big up to you Natachia, you are doing exceptional work.
I have had the worst experience with these individuals, after I missed payment for 2 months they suspended my light without notice, bear in mind that I have been in the unit for 4 years and I was told if you miss payment you are eligible to pay a fine for late payment. This is not the first time I have owed them previously I owed for over 3 months and they did as was discussed prior to staying in the unit, I incurred a fine which was fully settled without any problems. The staff is rude and runs the place like a corner tuckshop stove has been broken for months and no one is attending to it, whenever possible stay very far away from doing with these people.
I recently visited a boxer superstore in pietermaritzburg on berg street and on arrival I had a very uncomfortable with the security guard on the front after which I proceeded to find the branch manager Darryl. He was very attentive, dropped everything he was doing just to insure he resolved my concerns and furthermore have a great shopping experience. A very big thank you to Darryl, may you continue to persue exemplary customer satisfaction and keep raising the bar in customer care. Nice one.
