I've requested for a quotation online for windscreen replacement. After 3 hours I missed a call and returned it, it was around 15h00. I spoke to the lady by the name of Judy who was rude and impatient. She said I should leave my email address she win send me an email that I should respond with my vehicle details. When I'm giving her my email she kept on saying "joooh". The lady is just unprofessional and her customer service is extremely poor. The time is 20h00 I'm still waiting for the email she promised to send in 10min.
