Extremely unsatisfactory and frustrating service after visiting as private patient. No medication, no diagnosis just prescription and told to return should I not feel better. After 3 weeks I'm feeling worse
Good day Total sport team I bought sneakers last week Friday after 17:00. I knew the service will be horrible when I ask for sneakers and the guy kept on moping the floor from the entrance. I even asked him if is the customer service he was trained for, he mentioned that they don't have sizes, I repeat it and said when we the customer enter the store, greeting you and asking questions do you continue moping, and talking at the same time while we don't even see your face, cool I bought Nike sneakers and the size was small today my husband returned it and charity, the store manager told him they can't assist him since the system is offline. Can you please ask your staff to put my money aside, contact me so that I can return their sneakers? I've never seen such inappropriate service, it's my money after all and I hate being frustrated for something that belongs to me. I swear I will never set my foot in all totalsports store
I went to mall Africa on Sunday, it was over crowded. I ordered hot wings 12 and hot wings snack. I didn't check my order, I collected and left. Guess what ?? When I arrive at home it was 3 piece and chips. I complained on Twitter and send them email up to this day I still regret wasting my mom for something I didn't order, my fuel for driving to the mall to get something I don't want, my time and energy. Priscilla mall of Africa gave don't come back service on the 21 Nov after 17:00. I waited for more than 15 min exchanging dress and toddler shoes without a slip. I ask her to trace using either edgars acc or club card, she said is impossible. While I was trying to check one cashier made a remark " saze sa velwa" they all laughed and Pricilla adding to that. The short light skin lady who was authorizing was there and joined the nonsense. She helped me anyway but what was the delay for?
I was insulted by the guy without a name tag when I brought the ring for exchange as it was small. He was impatient and told me that if the ring doesn't fit me that means all Rings from American swiss won't fit as they only sell one size. It was surprising as I once bought a ring that fits me. He said that was long time and things have changed. I asked questions she started throwing tantrums and threatened to call security. He said I must voetzek and used a b**ch word. I went to fill up the fuel at monte BP, we were assisted by Itumeleng. My husband asked for 5 liter and I heard the guy confirming. While we were busy communicating, boom it's R500. I told him that we only have R150 in the card. He called Richard, they suggested to drain it and that was the only way to sort the issue out. We waited for 35 min while Richard was running around the store, itumeleng waiting. My husband told itumeleng to check if Richard is winning because we've been waiting for roo long. I went to check Richard as Itumeleng was reluctant. I found him leaning to the counter talking with the lady. I told him that we need to go. Then Richard brought a thin black pipe and 25L bottle. Itumeleng started to give us attitude when my husband told him that he want to pay what he have and leave as they don't have solutions. Itumeleng was like " you won't leave the garage unfortunately " and he starts with the fleit. I requested my husband to take him a video so that we have evidence for all this process and the attitude itumeleng is giving us. They couldn't drain the fuel and I went to ask for the manager s contact number. I asked from the cashier wearing pnp uniform Pamela. She says management knocked off and she doesn't know either her number or store contact number. She said i should ask Maphuthi. Maphuthi was able to help and gave me excuse that Pamela is a new employee hence she doesn't know store details. I contacted Helen ( the manager) she was professional and kind. She called and spoke to Richard. All attended came to hear the story, Itumeleng explained. The come Sazi, very calm and professional. He asked them to stop what they are doing as it can result in mechanical issues and the company will be held accountable. He asked me if I'm able to come back and pay outstanding balance, while Itumeleng was saying " they can go I will pay". I told Sazi that I don't want itumeleng to pay, the way he's rude we will attract bad luck. Because of Sazi I agree to come back the following day after and pay. The guy is an amazing problem solver and he doesn't waste time.
I went to Fourways mall today to collect my card after my online application was successful at 13h20-40. The guy who was assisting me seems like a trainee as he kept on Asking Amanda. Then Amanda requested a sms, I showed her, she then said she's going to collect a card I must wait for her. On her return she said I should take something just to confirm that the card is working. I just grabbed the nearby Tshirt. To my surprise she started helping customers who arrived after me. I was shocked. After 5min I told her I'm on a lunch break and asked if she'd going to help. She said she's almost done. After completing to sign she then said she's done. She didn't bother to ask if I need a plastic. That means I had to carry the t-shirt in my hands. I asked for a plastic she said she thought I'm going to use a shopping bag that I carried groceries. The lady is unprofessional and rude. Her customer service is inappropriate. She's wearing manager/supervisor.
I've requested for a quotation online for windscreen replacement. After 3 hours I missed a call and returned it, it was around 15h00. I spoke to the lady by the name of Judy who was rude and impatient. She said I should leave my email address she win send me an email that I should respond with my vehicle details. I opened vehicle insurance in January, so after few weeks I came across bad reviews and attempted to cancel, however a consultant by the name of Thulu xaba managed to convince me that mine is comprehensive and very different. I won't regret. Last week my left mirror cover was ******, opened a case and called to claim. Kelebogile told me to pay 13k access fee for them be able to assist. I was so furious, emailed their office, received a call that i actually need to pay 4k. I then realized that this people are ******. I reversed 2 payments, bought mirror cover for 700 the canceled the policy. I'm warning everyone who is interested to pmd to stay away. I was also warned before I can join. I regret that I didn't listen to honest people.
