I've requested for a quotation online for windscreen replacement. After 3 hours I missed a call and returned it, it was around 15h00. I spoke to the lady by the name of Judy who was rude and impatient. She said I should leave my email address she win send me an email that I should respond with my vehicle details. When I'm giving her my email she kept on saying "joooh". The lady is just unprofessional and her customer service is extremely poor. The time is 20h00 I'm still waiting for the email she promised to send in 10min.

Experienced ridiculous service from Helga, I came in ordered a windscreen and paid r1500 for it after an hour or I phoned them to cancel my order as my husband paid for the windscreen somewhere else. The lady said okay and hanged up. I have send two emails for my refund no response no acknowledgement.

It's really sad how easy it is for one to be taken a fool of when all they want is their refund back. After referring my friend and my mother I have nothign but regrets. The level of service is really unprofessional and you'll even get attitude coming from the management. I wouldn't recommend this company at all after my experience. They went from a 5 star to a 0 star and I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND OF EVEN USE THEIR SERVICES EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST COMPANY LEFT ON EARTH. It's sad how easily people ***** their reputation.

I went to one of their outlet to get my rear window fitted they were about to close and I suggested to go back to them the following day. Immediately they told me that they were not bust the whole day meaning they are ready to help me They started to do their job , while they were busy they started to argue about their job..I realize that all of them are drunk . They asked me to go without them finishing the job. They asked me to come back after a day then I went ,when I get there the master mind was not there Saturday,Monday the job was not done , then Wednesday the job was done , and they cracked my rear windscreen, to cut the long story short , They bought the new one ,on Friday the job was done that was 7 days .. But the problem is no fixed..I have paid for nothing.. When i look to what they were doing.. I can fit the glass better than them . That's bad .

I went to national auto glass kew, for a side mirror replacement, the glass they use can only view as far as the back door, and i almost got in an accident because of the poor view. when i call them to raise my concern they told me to go to Nissan and buy a mirror there.

So since February 2019, I have tried to get a refund on an amount that has been overpaid. The customer service from store level straight up national level has been shocking to say the least. I just want my refund and absolutely no one is coming back to me!

I'm sad to say that this place will rob you and not care a thing about it. Took my car there on Thursday 13 June 2019 and upon arriving to fetch the vehicle was asked by one of the guys there where I got my small wallet from. I reached into my door panel to get the small wallet he was talking about to find it not there, we then searched my car and did not find it at all. One of the guy that had access to my car had stolen it. The manager, Lenny ,sounded sincere when telling me he would get to the bottom of it and I left waiting for the next day. I had to phone him on Friday at lunch time for him to say he was very busy and hadn't had a chance to talk to all his guys yet he will phone me in a bit. I phone him again at 4:28pm and he tells me he still hasn't spoken to all his guys yet, he will phone me first thing on Tuesday. Well it's Thursday 20 June 2019 and I believe If I never phoned Lenny back then he would not think about the customer that his employees robbed while working on my car.
