Honestly sick and tired of being spammed by your *********** ants trying to sell me a warrantee. I've been getting a call once or twice a week for months now offering myself the same product and each time I decline and ask to be removed from the system and each time I am **** to and told I will be removed.
Honestly just disgusted by you scumbags. Please kindly take your letter of demand, for services NOT given to me, and use it for kindling to burn at night for light. My contract I took out with you was cancelled within the 7 day period and device given back MONTHS ago. STOP HARRASSING ME WITH YOUR INCORRECT INVOICES!!!!
After trying my hardest to unsubscribe, this is my last resort. You are spamming my mailbox every, single, day. Please stop it, I don't need to be slaved to your spam. You make it terribly difficult to unsubscribe and even when you do, you still get spammed.
Honestly appalled by the lackluster effort on this bank's part. With all the interest rate changes, Standard Bank couldn't be bothered to inform their customers what the new loan debit amounts will be, not for credit cards, personal loans or even bonds. Even with a premier account, they simply send a generic email saying the rate went up, and make you wait for your surprise at the end of the month.
Putting a new, updated review about how Vodacom simply refuses to refund the money that was debited from my account. I have opened tickets, done my due process, are there any intelligent agents that work for Vodacom or are they just as rubbish at Telkom?
Honestly what you expect out of Africa. I tried to move to Vodacom after the horror show of Telkom and Vodacom are no better whatsoever! I cancelled my contract I took out, you've still billed me, I opened a ticket, and you haven't refunded. I get another invoice email and the amount is now more than twice what you owe me! Genuinely, I am curious, do you all go to the same training center where you all just are only trained to take money and can't do anything else right?
Received a call from a lady wanting to tell me about all the benefits I have RECEIVED with my loan with MFC via Nedbank, what a liar. It's clever, I must admit, but once I worked out that this was all deceptively a ploy to sell me credit cover for my loan and get me to admit that they, (Direct brokers or something), must "Tell the bank that their money is not safeguarded" as a way of railroading me into something is simply disguising. That, is a lie, the bank's money is perfectly safeguarded via my comprehensive vehicle insurance and shortfall cover. This is the 3rd vehicle I have financed through MFC and it has left a poor taste in my mouth to say the least. I do not enjoy someone trying to trick me into wasting my time so that they can give me their sales pitch under the guise of informing me about the benefits I already have. Number was 021 001 4679
After having what I thought was a pleasant call regarding Outsurance's pet insurance, I have now been left very upset. After showing interest in their pet insurance I asked to see their policy schedule, the guy on the other end of the line told me I couldn't unless I took it out. How can I take out insurance that I don't know about?? Makes sense right. So then he tells me that he will action it for the next month, giving me time to cancel and to make plans with my current pet insurance. I say yes, to my detriment. A few days later I get debited, almost R1000 gone. Call Outsurance and speak to a lady that made things seem so easy. She'll refund the money debited, and this time (correctly) only action the insurance for next month, easy, I thought. It's been two weeks since I was coerced into taking out insurance since Outsurance doesn't list the cover limits until you actually take out the insurance, blind. It's been two weeks since my account was robbed of it's money, I still do not have it back.
Just by chance saw that a 25% raise (R424 increase) in my premiums were planned for this following month (December). I will never, ever, condone any sort of increase like that especially since I remain claim free throughout my history with these thugs (2 years). You have just lost a previously happy customer and I have surprised myself, never have I dropped a skelm company like this so fast in my life.
During the month on April 2021 I upgraded and received my new cellphone from you guys. That same day I called your customer care, saying that I was unhappy with the phone and would like to return it. on the 19/04/2021 the device was fetched by your courier and I happy lived my life from then. After observing my invoices I saw that you still had not taken off, or rebated the amounts you had charged me for the phone 5 months later so, on the 07/09/2021 I contact and sent proof to your guys (one of your agents) and waited. 07/10/2021 comes around and I get an email telling me my case was resolved. Surprise surprise, it wasn't. I now spend more of my time, time that is precious to me, calling your call center and then get told that the initial agent that dealt with me lodged my issue under the incorrect department. Now ofc you wouldn't go and submit it under the correct dept or send it through to them, you just leave it and make it my problem to solve. Just to make clear, you are taking my money away from me, basically stealing it from me, I cannot reverse debits since you will cut off any other services I have with you, and STILL MAKE IT MY PROBLEM TO SORT OUT. The date is now 04/11/2021. I have again been debited incorrectly, again you have stolen money from me, and now I will no longer give you more time. I think it is safe to say that giving you over 6 months to rectify your mistake is generous, and now others must know.
