I have been banking with FNB for over 19 years. Today I'm writing this complaint with disappointment. I have about 7 debit orders going off my account monthly including the funeral policy I have with them. I'm currently unemployed without income for 6 months. FNB is debiting me every day from the 25th of Feb 2026 to 7 Mar 2026 and charging me R115 for unpaid. I have to date accumulated R1994 of unpaid charges. Why debit my account daily if there is no income. I paid over R2000 of unpaid debit orders last month. I need to move to a better bank.
The restaurant is not busy, I sat at a dirty table had to wipe myself while the staff is looking at me. Bad service that people leave the table and no one cleans it Hygiene very poor. I ordered peri wedges and extra sauce I was shown the sauce station.
1st impression CVS has disrespectful consultants. Lesego should be trained on turnaround time 48 hours should be counted correctly and she should also be trained on grammar used to customers . Their customer service is very poor. I paid and requested an amended cv on Tuesdays at 12:30 it is now past 4 on Thursday I'm being told I'm wrong 48 hours is not yet passed.
Nando's Bruma bad service, we are sitting on a dirty table for over 15 mins now. We told the waitress her name is Princess to clear table she ignored us. Hygiene is not practiced here.
Chicken licken on corner athole and Louis Botha has a very bad service. Last week Thursday I went to buy Rock my soul 3 they made me wait 20 minutes to give me cold meat. Yesterday 25.11.2025 I went again to buy 3 meals they gave me all white meat.
Debonairs pizza balfour park bad service. Every time I order I get the worst service, 1st I ordered and it took over 2 hours for my order to arrive, 2nd I used the app the guy delivering was rude he struggled to find my address without communicating and said he regret taking my order. Yesterday I drove to balfour paid R199 for a large creamy chicken pizza wow I only got the pastry and cheese no chicken no mushrooms no cream. Triple decker to have a dry pizza and this is not the 1st time I'm complaining about the dry pizza from them.
I received a whatsapp message from David Planet Fitness Greenstone whom I gave my details and paid R180 promotion registration fee. I was then send a mandate to approve my debit order which I declined because I don't get paid on the 25th and I communicated that with David. My account is now being debited a joining fee amount of R689 and R287 monthly fee which I keep reversing with my bank. Planet fitness Greenstone please stop debiting my account. I did not sign any contract with you, I did not authorize your debit order mandate and I don't get paid on the 25th. I am going to demand that you pay back all the bank charges for the unpaid and reversals already occurred in my account.
I experienced ridiculous service from debonairs balfour Park. I moved from uber eats because of bad service to debonairs app to get the same service. Tupelo the driver was very rude stopped on the wrong address marked my food delivered without phoning to confirm the address, I phoned the shop to let them know I did not receive my order Tumelo came back with a cold pizza and said he regret taking my order.
Ridiculous service at bumper to bumper. On Friday they sold me two car parts without a sample, on Saturday I returned the parts because they were incorrect. They could not refund me my money took my banking and told me my money will reflect on Sunday and they are going to deduct 10% handling fee. For what. I must wait another week to buy parts from an alternative auto dealer.
Cashier No****we at Norwood Food, she doesn't greet me nor ask if I need a bag. After I paid she tells me to take off the basket off her counter. What a bad service.
