Dear FNB Business Banking Team,
I trust this email finds you well.
I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the closure of my business account, which has been inactive since 02 September 2025. I am now approaching five months without receiving any clear or valid feedback on the status of my case.
Despite multiple follow-ups on my part, I continue to receive the same response stating that the matter is “still under investigation.” Unfortunately, no timelines, progress updates, or explanations have been provided. There has also been no proactive communication or follow-up from your side to keep me informed of what is happening.
As a business owner, this prolonged silence and lack of transparency has significantly affected my operations and finances. I expect a professional level of service, clear communication, and reasonable turnaround times—especially for a matter of this seriousness.
I kindly request the following: • A clear update on the current status of my case • The reason for the prolonged delay • A realistic timeline for resolution
I would appreciate urgent attention to this matter, as the continued lack of feedback is both concerning and unacceptable.
