Logged a report / claim against a Car Dealership after going through MIOSA ( Motor Industry Ombudsman)
logged a complain in OCTOBER 2024, i have only been provided a reference number and as of MARCH 2026 i have requested MULTIPLE times for an update on the matter, yet my emails to Ms Francina Phogole have gone unanswered.
