<p>I have received a lawyers’ notice of demand for payment for books I received but DID NOT ORDER and that I telephonically requested be collected from my offices.</p> <p> </p> <p>1) I have not worked at the address where the books were delivered since 2014, so I would not have had the books sent there if I had agreed to receive the books.</p> <p>2) I never agreed to receive the books and I asked the lady who I spoke to on the phone to check the recordings. She subsequently agreed to arrange to have the books collected.</p> <p>3) I requested telephonically to have the books collected and I would not be liable for payment. That was last year and the books are still sitting here in my office – UNOPENED!!</p> <p>4) I am highly offended that I am being sent lawyers letters to request payment for books I DID NOT ORDER.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal supporter of the charities, including buying personalized diaries when I already receive one free from my place of work. I am however no longer prepared to support any of the charities’ products any longer because of the handling of this situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>The contact emails at both Pageaday and Kindhearted return with an "I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below."</p>
