I ordered an O365 Family licence from them. Very quick and easy, and clear instructions on how to update the subscription on my computer.
Ordered a new license for Office365 Family. Very quick and easy service for FirstShop, despite the fact that the order was placed on a Public Holiday. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them.
a happy customer Contract was signed online and only realised after the fact that fine print stipulated that classes had to be paid for for the year, even if you child drops maths. Did not interact directly with child or find out where they were in the syllabus. All communication was done via the parent, even the link to the class. Gave more homework that the school, but did not interact with kids online, was more like a teacher standing in front of a class giving a lesson. I am very disappointed in the service and the attitude. My child has had online lessons for another subject where it was Asli group lessons, however the tutor created a WhatsApp group where they could interact with her directly, not ONLY via a parent.

<p>I have received a lawyers’ notice of demand for payment for books I received but DID NOT ORDER and that I telephonically requested be collected from my offices.</p> <p> </p> <p>1) I have not worked at the address where the books were delivered since 2014, so I would not have had the books sent there if I had agreed to receive the books.</p> <p>2) I never agreed to receive the books and I asked the lady who I spoke to on the phone to check the recordings. She subsequently agreed to arrange to have the books collected.</p> <p>3) I requested telephonically to have the books collected and I would not be liable for payment. That was last year and the books are still sitting here in my office – UNOPENED!!</p> <p>4) I am highly offended that I am being sent lawyers letters to request payment for books I DID NOT ORDER.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal supporter of the charities, including buying personalized diaries when I already receive one free from my place of work. I am however no longer prepared to support any of the charities’ products any longer because of the handling of this situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>The contact emails at both Pageaday and Kindhearted return with an "I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below."</p>
I tried to port my number over to Vodacom via Cellucity Greenacres. Although I logged a request and I was a loyal Autopage Customer for a long time, this request was denied. My company requested I change to Vodacom as they will be paying the account although it is in my name. My business cards and all other work correspondence has this number on it.<br> <br>
