I`m fuming right with the service i got from NDM , a very friendly lady by the name of Nadine contacted me on the 16th November 2020 saying i`m one of 5 customers choosen by the government to reduce the interest on the credits i have, i advised her that i`m not interested as i`m managing my Vehicle account correctly and i don`t mind the interest i`m paying and the term , she kept convincing me after almost an hour of convincing and i finally fell for it, not knowing that im shooting myself on the foot , i send them all my documents, and the debit order ran on my pay day , now 3 months down the line i`m getting calls from my creditor and to top it all off the account is now handed over to the Legal department with arrears of 10k on my name .
I contacted them regarding the calls i`m getting from MFC they telling me that they have send the 17.1 to the creditors to my surprise why are they contacting me if they have received the 17.1 . They not giving me any answers , i have never seen such incompetent company .So if you get a call from NDC do not fall for this people they so incompetent. TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT SEND THE 17.1 TO THE CREDITORS
