I`m fuming right with the service i got from NDM , a very friendly lady by the name of Nadine contacted me on the 16th November 2020 saying i`m one of 5 customers choosen by the government to reduce the interest on the credits i have, i advised her that i`m not interested as i`m managing my Vehicle account correctly and i don`t mind the interest i`m paying and the term , she kept convincing me after almost an hour of convincing and i finally fell for it, not knowing that im shooting myself on the foot , i send them all my documents, and the debit order ran on my pay day , now 3 months down the line i`m getting calls from my creditor and to top it all off the account is now handed over to the Legal department with arrears of 10k on my name . I contacted them regarding the calls i`m getting from MFC they telling me that they have send the 17.1 to the creditors to my surprise why are they contacting me if they have received the 17.1 . They not giving me any answers , i have never seen such incompetent company .So if you get a call from NDC do not fall for this people they so incompetent. TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT SEND THE 17.1 TO THE CREDITORS
I'm very irritable right now as I'm typing this , I had an account with African bank and they refuse to update my profile on the credit bureau Experian as the accounts are no longer active they have send me the paid up letter but the accounts are still active I phoned them several times and they kept promising me that it will be updated but nothing has been done
