Left Douglas Seleme to Die

My friend had an accident on the 27th of Jan 2019 where he fell off the 7th floor railings at Kool Out Rooftop party on 77 Commissioner Street, in Marshalltown.

We called an ambulance (which took 45 mins) to get there and while we were waiting for it, we managed to flag one down passing by. They came took his pulse and said he is okay, his still alive and they left. When the ambulance which we called got to us, the pronounced him dead on arrival.

Those responsible (The paramedics that left him to die) need to be accountable for their actions.
