The most dishonest company I have dealt with ever. Bought property which they manage, Worst mistake of my life. The 2 b***** that work in the debtors office are dishonest and lack integrity. They waited for 3 months till levies owed ballooned before they sent me a statement then they lie and send me a screenshot of their system to make it look like statements were being sent monthly, when i queried this they said they have been sending me emails. But the first contact I had with them was me sending them a query on their website. They think they above the law as they have threatened to cut my electricity. I have requested them to show me usage per month and code of conduct which to date have not recieved. Please can we all report them to the ombudsman for being ******!!
No one seems to want to serve us, terrible terrible service. Had to ask for place mats then had to ask them please bring us clean ones because we can't use dirty ones. Then we sat idly for 30 minutes , no one to take our order.
Been waiting for my delivery for 2 days even tracking on the site where it kept saying out for Delivery and today message I got from consultant "The driver reached his cut of time before he could get to you area". Worst customer experience of all couriers
I was told to make sure, I need to make deposits\payments before 2pm Mon - Fri and before 9am Sat. But the money never reflects the same day. What is the use of asking us to do that if you cannot clear the money within the same day. Why are you lying to us. Now I am out in the cold because of your bull****ting and incompetence. No one in the call center can even give me a proper answer, again why have a call center that cannot help the users
I recently bought a FreeMe bundle that was suppose to include internet data, whatsapp data and streaming data. But it uses my internet data to stream and only after its depleted does it use the streaming data.
My friend had an accident on the 27th of Jan 2019 where he fell off the 7th floor railings at Kool Out Rooftop party on 77 Commissioner Street, in Marshalltown. We called an ambulance (which took 45 mins) to get there and while we were waiting for it, we managed to flag one down passing by. They came took his pulse and said he is okay, his still alive and they left. When the ambulance which we called got to us, the pronounced him dead on arrival. Those responsible (The paramedics that left him to die) need to be accountable for their actions.
Ayanda Mthimkhulu from Durban call centre says my airtime disappeared because I did not log out of Whatsapp, now if MTN can explain to me how to log out of whatsapp!! This is the lamest excuse for stealing peoples data and airtime. Can someone from Mtn explain why this keeps happening, how do they feel stealing peoples hard earned cash?
