I have just had the worst experience ever with Erica. Initially Erica and I had agree for me to pay half of the pool cover amount immediately, and then the other half once the waybill was shared as im in CPT and Erica is in Port Elizabeth.
4 days later, and no waybill was received. Been following up everyday, as I had already paid half. I was told the way would be sent, still nothing received. I messaged, explaining I had paid without proof of delivery, or have ever worked with Erica before. I asked to " Please have this sorted" of which I was told I was being demanding, and she will gladly refund me.
I then proceeded in asking Erica, how I was being demanding, of which I was told as a customer to go read my message, and she has told me " 1000" times that she does not have the waybill.
After telling me she would gladly refund me, I then got a message that I would no actually need to pay. I called Erica immediately, and she and I was clearly both frustrated. However, my question to Erica was, " why she said she would refund me" then say "I need to pay" Erica then mumbled something and PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY FACE. Called back, dropped call. Eventually she answered an said she will refund me.
This is the way she treated her customer. Completely unproffessional. Maybe someone else has had a better experience, but I wanted to share mine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH ERICA POOLS.
