Michael and his team are amazing, Professional and helpful. From 1st contact to when our cover was fitted. Michael kept me updated. I can not praise the amazing workmanship and professionalism enough. Considering we ordered in their busiest time a week before Christmas. Michael got it done. Thank you.

I have just had the worst experience ever with Erica. Initially Erica and I had agree for me to pay half of the pool cover amount immediately, and then the other half once the waybill was shared as im in CPT and Erica is in Port Elizabeth. 4 days later, and no waybill was received. Been following up everyday, as I had already paid half. I was told the way would be sent, still nothing received. I messaged, explaining I had paid without proof of delivery, or have ever worked with Erica before. I asked to " Please have this sorted" of which I was told I was being demanding, and she will gladly refund me. I then proceeded in asking Erica, how I was being demanding, of which I was told as a customer to go read my message, and she has told me " 1000" times that she does not have the waybill. After telling me she would gladly refund me, I then got a message that I would no actually need to pay. I called Erica immediately, and she and I was clearly both frustrated. However, my question to Erica was, " why she said she would refund me" then say "I need to pay" Erica then mumbled something and PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY FACE. Called back, dropped call. Eventually she answered an said she will refund me. This is the way she treated her customer. Completely unproffessional. Maybe someone else has had a better experience, but I wanted to share mine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH ERICA POOLS.

Signed an order for the delivery and installation of a swimming pool cover on 30th November 2017, paid a 50% deposit with a guarantee that the cover would be installed by 11th December 2017, then the 14th and finally, a notice on the 18th Dec to say that it cannot be done in 2017 at all. It's now May 2018 and I still haven't received either the pool cover or my deposit back. I took the co-owner, Nico Basson, to the small claims court on the 2nd May, judgement was served against the guy to settle the amount owed by today but he still hasn't done so. I am one of many victims this guy has 'stolen' from but I will not let it rest until he has refunded me in full.

BEYOND APPALLING! Its been 4 months ... and we are yet to get a definite answer or our pool cover?? At this stage we would rather take our business elsewhere but would like our money back first, and some form of answer?? If you can't handle the demand, communicate, as the way it looks to us at this very moment is that we've been taken for a ride! HAVE WE BEEN SCAMMED??!!

You phone, you get a quote, you accept the quote and they send someone out to measure your pool. then a 50% deposit is required. You have feedback and service until you pay your deposit for the pool cover. Then there are exscuses or they make an arrangement to come and fit the pool cover and don't arrive. No response, no feedback no nothing. This is a blatant breach of contract as it clearly states they will supply the pool cover within 15-20 days. I have waited since the end of November, no joy. Anyone who has problems with these people at the moment as I have, please contact me at **********
