He had my cover done and fitted in a week and before Christmas. During his busiest time. With all my questions and back and forth measurements. <p>So I order a personalised Lindt gift pack for my husband for Valentines. I purchase a love ribbon and Balloon and card all at an additional charge. The lindt box set says 6 lindt ***** per compartment. I read what is all included and being Valentine. It sounds all good. I place my order for delivery on the 14th. The parcel arrives in a brown box ( how un romantic is that). Balloon dumped on top no ribbon and some compartments only have 5 Lindt ***** and some have 6. I am rather dissapointed but my husband doesn't know what was ordered luckily so doesn't know anything is missing. Apart from his comment of it arriving in a brown box and not as a valentine gift. He was happy. I immediately send a email to advise that some of the goods that I PAID FOR were missing. I get an automated response to say they will get back to me in on hours. I then get a message on how to track my order.... seriously I have my order read my complaint so I send yet another email this time I change my subject time to COMPLAINT with my order number and I get yet another automated response they will get back to me in 9 hours. Well it's now 36 hours later and Nothing. No response no email no call no explanation NOTHING. Just plain ignored. No your gifts a expensive and u pay for the convenience I get that but I also expect that what I pay for arrives ALL OF IT.</p> <p>I feel like NetFlorist have stolen from me. It's the first and absolute last time I will order anything through NetFlorist. A very dissapointing experience. what you advertise is certainly not what u offer. Disgusting to say the least. </p>
