Stay away from Riccardo. Seemed great at first to get your business. Once he had it, never heard from again him. Also, recently liquidated Property Maverick and told my tenant that basically " His deposit" is gone. Con artist. How can you do this to people. Things are already so challenging in SA to start with, now you have people like Riccardo that still takes advantage of this.
If there was anything less than a star, Simply Asia Horizon Bay would have received it. Went out to dinner tonight, during the meal I requested condiments, of which my waiter advised she would get it. I then realized I still had some of it left and just needed to refill. I got up, and tried to get her attention by pointing at her to one of the chefs by the name of Wayne. He first ignored me, I then proceeded to flick my hand to say " its ok dont worry" . He took his mask off, and flicked his hand at me. At this point I felt fairly frustrated and somewhat disrespected, that I ended up flicking him off. He then responded by doing the day, and directly after that approached from behind his glass window/divider in a very aggressive way, that one of his colleagues had to step in the middle. Then the manager, Sarah, came to me and advised me to get out of their kitchen. I wasn't in the kitchen, but on the other side of the glass window close to where he was cooking for sure, but not in the kitchen. I then went back outside to proceed with my meal, WHEN THE CHEF CAME TO ME AND TRIED FIGHTING ME.Yes, he tried fighting me and again one of his colleagues had to stop him. The unprofessional manager then did not try to de-escalate the situation or reprimand this agreegrissive chef, but came to me and asked who pull the middle first first....I know that pulling a middle finger is not the most mature thing to do, but I honestly was frustrated. The mere fact that he tried fighting with me afterwards and the manager didn't do ANYTHING about it, is so crazy to me. Sarah the manager even decided to tell me she doesn't want to hear what I have to say, because when she tried asking about who pulled the middle finger first, I asked her repeatedly is this the way you treat your customers? Never in my life will I ever return to that place. Basically I could have been in a fight with Chef when all I wanted was condiments.
I have just had the worst experience ever with Erica. Initially Erica and I had agree for me to pay half of the pool cover amount immediately, and then the other half once the waybill was shared as im in CPT and Erica is in Port Elizabeth. 4 days later, and no waybill was received. Been following up everyday, as I had already paid half. I was told the way would be sent, still nothing received. I messaged, explaining I had paid without proof of delivery, or have ever worked with Erica before. I asked to " Please have this sorted" of which I was told I was being demanding, and she will gladly refund me. I then proceeded in asking Erica, how I was being demanding, of which I was told as a customer to go read my message, and she has told me " 1000" times that she does not have the waybill. After telling me she would gladly refund me, I then got a message that I would no actually need to pay. I called Erica immediately, and she and I was clearly both frustrated. However, my question to Erica was, " why she said she would refund me" then say "I need to pay" Erica then mumbled something and PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY FACE. Called back, dropped call. Eventually she answered an said she will refund me. This is the way she treated her customer. Completely unproffessional. Maybe someone else has had a better experience, but I wanted to share mine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH ERICA POOLS.
I was approved for a home loan. During the last part of the verification process, received a letter saying that my home loan application has been declined. This was the reason: "The employment status and/or earnings information that you have supplied could not be verified and we have been unsuccessful in corroborating this as a true reflection of your current state of affairs. No further application and/or appeals of this loan application will be entertained" I work for a USA company, so we don't have landlines, however, my CEO's e\details was shared. They honestly made me go through that entire process, then decline my application and advise no further appeals will be entertained....because they didn't reach my CEO. Seriously?? Why couldnt you reach me, and ask me for other details etc?? Nedbank has put me in a difficult position because of this. I pull my application with the rest of the banks when Nedbank approved. Now I have to go through the entire process again. I am disappointed, as even when i layed a complaint Nedbank said they would get back to me in 24 hours. That was on Wednesday the 14 November. Today is the 19th. I was excited for this entire home loan process, and you made my experience a terrible one. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend Nedbank home loans to anyone.
