Telkom can have as many and great products and deals as they want, but they are going to lose business and customers with their pathetic customer service and downright fraud with regard to cancelling services and taking customers money long after service is cancelled.
You phone, you get a quote, you accept the quote and they send someone out to measure your pool. then a 50% deposit is required. You have feedback and service until you pay your deposit for the pool cover. Then there are exscuses or they make an arrangement to come and fit the pool cover and don't arrive. No response, no feedback no nothing. This is a blatant breach of contract as it clearly states they will supply the pool cover within 15-20 days. I have waited since the end of November, no joy.
