Scammer alert
Please avoid this company and Richard Mansour as far as possible. Big scammer and all lies. First promised to complete our shadenet, Thursday came and nothing. Friday nothing, Monday nothing. All excuses, then later said he can't do the work and will refund. Getting a refund from this guy is a endless struggle, with false promises and lies. This is the worst company to deal with ever. Still have not received the full refund

Scam and not professional
Richard Mansour does not complete the work timeously, full of promises but no action. He doesn’t refund you . You have to chase him! Don’t do business with him so you don’t regret at later stage. Using his company costed me dearly.

Incomplete work
Sadly NBC Construction, does not complete the work timeously, full of promises and do not complete. Do not reimburse money once taken. Very disappointing and definitely would not recommend if you want the work done. You have to chase them after they promise to arrive and dont.
