I submitted digital photos using Auto Magic, which were more affordable than my original quotation. The assessor approved my claim based on Auto Magic’s pricing and gave me the option to either go with that or submit another quotation, as long as it didn’t exceed double the maximum amount of R5000. I submitted another quotation to match Auto Magic’s price. For the past few days, I’ve been trying to contact Thabiso Thamaganyane via email, but I haven’t had any luck—she hasn’t responded. I’ve called twice a day with no feedback from her. Today, I was promised a call back, but no one called. I called again to inquire about the status of my quotation and was told by the call center agent that my quotation was disputed because it was higher than Auto Magic’s. My point is that if my quotation exceeds the R5000 approved limit by only R300, I still have to pay the additional cost, which makes it irrelevant whether my quotation is higher or lower than Auto Magic’s, as both Auto and General approved R5000, and I, as the customer, must cover the rest. I’ve asked for the managers to call me back, but I still haven’t received any feedback on how to resolve the issue.

My bank accounts and online banking were compromised but no money was taken from my accounts as we cancelled all of them on very same minute. Incident was taken on 25 December. On 27 December I went Fnb branch and they helped me to unlock it. They advised me to contact my private banker to order my metallic cards which I did. I got a call from private suite to assist me with the request. He advised me that once the amount is taken from your accounts please send an email to rmb private suite to help you with reversal which i did. Aphwie closed the ticket without providing me with feedback! I contact help desk via chat! ***** department helped me with the reversal of 1050 on credit card. This morning I found another amount of 1050 was taking from my fusion card. I contact live help to assist! I was told I have to wait for outcome of ***** case before inquiry about cards fees! I asked for outcome of ***** case she told me that I have to wait 7 days! It seems she doesn’t want to help. I called ***** department! The lady cannot help and put me through cheque account and same story cannot help and put me through credit department and no answer. I have been throwing around with different departments with no solution for an easy issue. I need someone who can help me to sort it. I am acting based on what I was told to do so.

Almost 5 days I am chasing fnb connect and digital planet to find out what happened to my order. Fnb decided to place my order on hold without informing and they keep transferring me one department to another. They cannot resolve the issue and I am getting is the case has been escalated.
Istore ran promotion for iPhone 14 pro max. If you place pre order iPhone 14 pro max, a voucher of 1000 rand will be emailed with pro order delivery. I called customer care on a few Times to find out about the voucher, apparently I will receive SMS before end of business day which it’s before 5:00 pm. I contacted customer care live chat, they told me only 1000 clients. Which your add didn’t mention about 1000 customers. I found it this is the biggest scam. If it’s for first 1000 customers.
Almost one month I am trying to change my banking details to get my monthly income paid into my account on time. but momentum never changed it and followed up 5 times no success. Cannot get hold of anyone via email or phone.
Richard Mansour does not complete the work timeously, full of promises but no action. He doesn’t refund you . You have to chase him! Don’t do business with him so you don’t regret at later stage. Using his company costed me dearly.
Richard Mansour is the biggest scammer I have ever seen. He messed up my property and over charged. Almost 2 months chasing him for the refund! Please be careful with him. Don’t make any deposit into his account! for
I have just received the rudest email from your call centre stating they don’t deal with tax certificate matter And they referred me to wrong department. From 8 July until now I am chasing Sanlam to get my tax certificate!
