Scammer alert
Please avoid this company and Richard Mansour as far as possible. Big scammer and all lies. First promised to complete our shadenet, Thursday came and nothing. Friday nothing, Monday nothing. All excuses, then later said he can't do the work and will refund. Getting a refund from this guy is a endless struggle, with false promises and lies. This is the worst company to deal with ever. Still have not received the full refund

No WiFi
I have been trying to activate my LTE for 2 weeks now since receiving my router and sim. I would really like to start using my WiFi. This is not on!! Call center does not answer, waisted over R100 airtime trying to get through. Will you assist and sort out this problem or will I have to go throw a tantrum??
