Poor terrible service
I have been trying to contact the service and left numerous call back requests over the past 5 days to date no one has contacted me.

11 Mar 2026, 10:08I app**** for my 2 pot on the 2nd of March. From the 4th it states that we are awaiting tax response. So many people app**** after me and got paid. I called from the 6th to see what is going one can never get through. I left numerous call backs and no response. Why is it a problem go get our own money? This is the worst service from financial institution. How are we suppose to remain confident that you are allocating our funds accurately. NBC doesn't even deserve the 1 star
