I have been trying to contact the service and left numerous call back requests over the past 5 days to date no one has contacted me.
I placed an order which they have stated has being couriered, queried with the company they didn't not collect as they are awaiting for brands. Customer service very poor. I paid for door to door delivery yet they sent via parco
I make payments in advance to home connect with rounding off and paying extra not once was this deducted of my invoice. I mistakenly overpaid, i sent emails and called only to get an email i now need to way 5 to 10 days after approval to be refunded with no indication if this has been approved. They take days to respond to an email
