This is the worst financial provider you could ever choose for your provident. Consultants are clueless when it's time for withdrawal - one minute, the claim was supposed to be automated by the system but It did not. Queen Mashile will lodge the claim. Documents sent on 9.1.2025 due to companies closing down in Dec. My last day of employment was 31.12.2024.... three weeks into the claim i am still asked when was my last day? Companies shut down in dec around the 13th so i was not going to be at the office on the 31st?
When Molefe runs out of answers he reverts to their minimum of 6 weeks.
I will tell everyone who cares to listen not to bother with this company.
Now my access is denied to see my values etc. i have dealt with old mutual, metropolitan etc this one has the poorest service.
