Provided funds money taking too long
I resigned on 31december2025 and I submit my documents on 12 January 2026 ...until today I'm still waiting for my money ....no communication at all and when I call them they told me there's no claim under my name and when I call my hr she told me that they are on process so I'm confused and angry because there's no communication

Extremely poor Communication channels
This business has very bad customer communication. I have been trying to call them regarding a withdrawal I made, and on 5 occasions I was on hold for over 45 mins till I drop off the call. Their request for a call back on the ASK Platform does not go through either. Gives an effort message. It’s so frustrating, especially when withdrawals are associated with emergency circumstances.

Extremely poor Communication channels
This business has very bad customer communication. I have been trying to call them regarding a withdrawal I made, and on 5 occasions I was on hold for over 45 mins till I drop off the call. Their request for a call back on the ASK Platform does not go through either. Gives an effort message. It’s so frustrating, especially when withdrawals are associated with emergency circumstances.

Absolutely no Joy in dealing with NBC Holdings Pty Ltd
This is the worst financial provider you could ever choose for your provident. Consultants are clueless when it's time for withdrawal - one minute, the claim was supposed to be automated by the system but It did not. Queen Mashile will lodge the claim. Documents sent on 9.1.2025 due to companies closing down in Dec. My last day of employment was 31.12.2024.... three weeks into the claim i am still asked when was my last day? Companies shut down in dec around the 13th so i was not going to be at the office on the 31st? When Molefe runs out of answers he reverts to their minimum of 6 weeks. I will tell everyone who cares to listen not to bother with this company. Now my access is denied to see my values etc. i have dealt with old mutual, metropolitan etc this one has the poorest service. Wow!!!

Not sure about nbc m...
Not sure about nbc my husband died last year on may and am not happy about his money that nbc gave me i didnt even receive his tax money the only money i received was the one he left for children n me i didnt receive his death lumpsum from his wrk the money is not setisfiying at all
