Worst customer service , *********** staff and lies upon lies when calling in. Nightmare to cancel contracts or get your money back when the debit extra.i wouldn't advice anyone to deal with Vodacom
Absolutely appalling service from Honor South Africa and Vodacom South Africa. I bought a Honor x9c from Vodacom which was advertised as the first UNBREAKABLE Ai phone. The phone fell and shattered not even a month later. Honor SA And Vodacom is refusing to acknowledge that this is false advertising. The refuse to take responsibility for this and want me to pay

Good afternoon I'm a very disappointed customer. I purchased the honor x9c from your vodacom shop In Durban Chatsworth.the phone was advertised as the first UNBREAKABLE Ai phone, the consultant evened banged the table with the phone to prove to me that it is unbreakable and it is because of this reason I didn't buy a cover or screen protect. Yesterday not even a month after purchasing the phone it fell and the screen shattered, is this not false advertising as your adverti*****t clears states unbreakable phone? Now I'm not getting any assistance from vodacom or honor. This is very disappointing as I've been a customer for more than 15 years. I purchased a new honor x9c about a month ago. The adverti*****t clear states it's the first UNBREAKABLE Ai phone and this was confirmed with the consultant banging the phone on the table to show me it's unbreakable. Now not even a month later the phone fell my pocket and screen got shattered. Honor is refusing to help and and neither is vodacom. Is this not false advertising? As I didn't buy a phone cover or screen card because they said unbreakable
Really getting tired of you now,I was in arrears and after you'll continued to harrass me,you'll gave me a settlement of R900 and account was closed! consultant even called me back to confirm payment was received and contract was terminated.now today after a 3 months the calls starts again with yourl insisting I'm in arrears!get your act together acting like ****mers

Terrible service from this company, its been 5 weeks since we claimed for the two pot withdrawal and no response no feedback, when we call we are on hold for more than 1 hour and call just gets cut, worst service in my life

Absolutely disgusted with this business, i was paying 89 a month for cartrack om a 3year contract, last year i called them to cancel my contract as i sold my car and they advised me to pay till. November because thats when my contract ends, today i get an email for a summons with an outstanding balance of 2700
