Placed an order for my child’s textbooks on the 14th of January, according to their website my delivery was scheduled 20-22 January it’s now the 8th of February but I haven’t received my delivery. I have been trying to call them but no answer they have stopped responding on WhatsApp.
The worst company, lines just ring with no answer. long waiting periods for claim.
I logged a call for roadside assistance on my miway app, Kwandile called me to inform me someone was coming to assist. I got assistance within 20mins. Kwandile also did a follow up phone call to check if I was home safe. She was friendly and helpful.
<p>I submitted claim forms in March but no one bothered to get back to me. I then took it upon myself to write to Cell C one representative called me connected me to the insurance was assisted by Natasha who was suppose to get back to mr before end of business regarding with phones they have in stock but never did. I wrote to cell C again a guy called Skhumbuzo called me he told me they have changed administrators they no longer deal with finrite and that my agreement was with finrite not cell c. I paid excess and submitted my proof of payment to Natasha. i'm not interested in what goes on at cell c but if it affects me directly then there's a problem I've been without a phone which I'm paying for for 3months now and I'm not willing to wait for another month to get the phone.</p>
<p>I have been trying to get hold of C insurance the phone keeps ringing with no answer. I've logged complaints but till today I am still waiting for my query to be resolved. I have been communicating with Natasha Carr via email who promised to inform me which phone you have in stock because the phone I insured (iPhone6) is not in stock that was on the 24th of May up till today I haven't received any feedback. Not a single month I've failed to pay cell C but every single time I need them to deliver they fail. I've not had a single encounter with cell c where I was impressed with their service. From their employees at their local stores who are rude and have no clue what customer service is. Every time your sales consultants call selling whatever product I tell them one thing and that is I'm not interested in anything Cell C has to offer me and I can't wait for my contract to end. My contract ends in October and I can't wait to cut looses with cell c. If your clients are your driving force as a service provider I suggest you learn how to treat your clients fairly! </p>
<p>Hello Peter, this will be my second time writing to you seemingly no one seems to care at cell c.</p> <p>its now the month of August still no one has given me any update on my phone which was sent to them for repairs in May. they claim they can't get hold of me on my phone but funny enough their sales consultants always get hold of me when selling me a product. i'm so disgusted will cell c i'm not even going to renew my contract with them. they emailed me asking for an appropriate time to call me even today i'm still waiting for that call. i am fuming because i am paying every single month and this is the kind of treatment i get. i will never recommend cell c to any of my family or friends.</p> <p> </p>
<p>hello peter my name is Londiwe i need some help concerning cell c and their poor service as well as the cell c insurance finrite i bought an IPhone 6 from them last year 2015 october <br />i pay insurance regularly every month and cell c debits their money from my account on a regular monthly basis<br />i however have had several problems with them since the first day i sent my phone in for repairs...My phone fell and the screen was damaged So I took it in for repairs.... i was told I'd get it back after 4 weeks that was in May. I been running up and down to fill in forms which were never submitted to the insurance I then took it upon myself to contact finrite directly it was no problem I emailed the forms myself to claim and had to pay an excess fee of which was not a problem compared to the price i had to pay if i did not have "insurance". It's now end of July I've been contacting cell c to know the whereabouts of my phone I spoke to 3 different consultants who promised to get back to me as soon as they got hold of the technician but up until today no one did get back to me. I wrote to cell c they said my phone was delivered to the the store (Newtown junction) on the 31st of May. Which I was never informed when I went to the store they told me they never received the phone back from the repairs I must wait. I'm disappointed because they sending me back and forth and I still haven't received my phone up until today.</p>
