This is the worst financial provider you could ever choose for your provident. Consultants are clueless when it's time for withdrawal - one minute, the claim was supposed to be automated by the system but It did not. Queen Mashile will lodge the claim. Documents sent on 9.1.2025 due to companies closing down in Dec. My last day of employment was 31.12.2024.... three weeks into the claim i am still asked when was my last day? Companies shut down in dec around the 13th so i was not going to be at the office on the 31st? When Molefe runs out of answers he reverts to their minimum of 6 weeks. I will tell everyone who cares to listen not to bother with this company. Now my access is denied to see my values etc. i have dealt with old mutual, metropolitan etc this one has the poorest service. Wow!!!
I bought stuff online on the 29th of Nov. Order was allocated to Benmore. Received only 2 items out of 4- no prior explanation/warning about the products missing. I am not sure what is the point of advertising something you don't have. The date today is the 23rd of Dec. I have not received my refund. I always get 'your funds have been refunded, it usually takes 14 days'... which is ridiculous. 14 working days have long passed. Worst online service ever! I would not recommend!
