No response on my claims, they don’t answer calls Poor service
No response nothing they don’t even answers calls Poor service
Today marks a week and day since I was promised a new tv by Hisense and fnb connect They really don’t care about their customers
I bought my tv using fnb connect, tv had issues with remote, technician came to fix and he broke the tv,now am without a tv,since they promised to bring me a new tv
Their technician came to fix the tv yesterday ,and he end up breaking the screen,all he said was that they will bring new tv, but there is no one from their company who call to inform as to when they will bring that tv. Am spending a long weekend without tv because of their negligence
I bought Hisense 65 inch tv using FNB connect last year now the TV remote is no longer working and the fnb connect people they only said they will come back to which was last week
Poor service My wifi is been down,I called and they send they will send technicians which it might take three days for technicians to come solve the problem, this company is worse
On the 28 march I called regarding a debit that the insurance did on my business,they told me me the will cancel and refund me, I should wait for 24 hrs for my refund Even to this day am still waiting
