Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent interaction with your company, specifically with Mr. Mdaka.

After receiving a call from Mr. Mdaka, I accepted his quote and HE scheduled a time for the service. I organized my entire day around this appointment, waking up early and ensuring everything was prepared on my end. I even sent a message an hour before our agreed time to confirm I was on my way. To my surprise, I was informed by Mr. Mdaka that he needed to reschedule at the last minute. Despite this inconvenience, I was accommodating and agreed to the rescheduled time.

However, he failed to arrive once again. I had to call him later in the afternoon, and instead of offering a sincere apology or explanation, he spoke to me in another language, gave excuses, and was extremely rude. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.

This lack of communication and complete disregard for professionalism not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted all the other parties involved in the move. Mr. Mdaka’s inconsiderate attitude and lack of work ethic reflect very poorly on your company. I felt treated like a lesser person, with no regard for my time or the commitment I had made.

This experience was beyond disappointing. I will never use your company again, and I will be sure to advise others to avoid it as well. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously.
