I have been a tenant at Linden Lane since last July until till now. I have been experiencing a bad service and ever since. Just recently I stayed 4 days without electricity at my unit and I struggled for my issue to be resolved. It was very much inconvenience because this happened after I got paid and I had already bought groceries. I thrown almost all my food at the been, we have been eating take aways, bathing with cold water buying airtime to communicate with them and no was was even will to assist after sending many email. Not even an apology from the office like it was just normal. My monthly billing always changes and when I send a email for the amount break down now one is willing to respond.
Necron properlty only cares about the monthly rental and forget about providing a good service to tenants . They forget that we also have rights as tenants. All I'm getting every month is sending latter of demand without respond to the emails that we sending as tenants.
I'm really not happy with the service.
