Neelsie Travel. Incompetent and lack integrity.
Neelsie Travel is an incompetent agency, which takes no after sales responsibility . Our flight was inexplicably cancelled. They were uncontactable. We had to buy new tickets. They tried to blame the airline but as the agency, they are responsible . The airline will not deal with you, only through the travel agent. Don’t expect any after sales assistance from them. They are uncontactable during the weekend and after hours. And despite being a travel agency, don’t expect any visa advice, particularly, from the old lady. I am awaiting the outcome from the consumer complaints commission.

Unfriendly & no response
<p>I went there to get quotes for travelling overseas, and I'm still waiting on my response. This is very upsetting because most people get to travel overseas once in their life and getting such unfriendly service makes it unpleasant. I would never walk into that place again. The old lady was unfriendly (she made me feel like I was bothering her), I asked her to look for prices and she told me that she can't because she is busy. I had to ask her to actually take my number & email, which obviously nothing came from. I feel very disappointed. </p>
