Absolute aaklige diens van hierdie maatskappy. Hulle het verkeerde bank besonderhede gegee vir ons visas, ons moes ‘n t****e keer ‘n betaling maak, sodat ons visas gedoen kan word, en nou weier hulle om vir ons die refunds te gee. Een van die bestuurders, Werner Pretorius, jok ook oor die feit dat ons visas binne ‘n dag reeds by die embesade is, maar die embesade het vir ons bevestig hulle het dit eers 2 weke later ontvang. Dis onaanvaarbaar! Ons bel en bel, maar al wat ons kry is leë beloftes en onbevoegde mense.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - VERY unprofessional staff - Many things wrong with car I'll try to keep this short. Keep in mind that the following was wrong with the car with pickup that WAS NOT wrong before taking the car there: - Broken radio (that was brand new) - Broken clutch cable - Broken top gasket - No KIA batch - Oil stains in and outside car - Scratches on bonnet (They claim it was there. It was NOT.) - Disgusting sweat smell 1. I went to pick up my car, where I met with HARDUS who had a very ****y attitude and treated me VERY disrespectful. He did not use terms such as "miss", but rather just "jy" & "jou". He had zero professionalism; I do not understand why someone will hire someone like him, being the one who works with customers. 2. I drove away, very unhappy, and had to return because my radio was broken. I went to talk to Hardus again and he was very rude to me, saying "what do you want me to tell you", after I said that the above mentioned things were not broken before. When I walked into the reception, the one receptionist, SAMANTHA, had a fake smile, walked to Hardus, said something to him (it is very clear they talked bad about us while being away), and then both of them were trying to hold their laugh. UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL & fake. 3. I stepped outside, eventually trying to talk to the mechanics about what is broken, hoping that they would understand and be nicer that Hardus, AND THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! I then said, "Hello?" And one replied with, "Ya I hear you", and looked away, not answering me. Everyone just simply pulled up their shoulders, saying that it is not their fault and it came that way. This is definitely not true. 4. After that, I tried to speak to the manager of the mechanical department, ANDRE, who claimed that we were lying about a statement that we made. Which was that when we called earlier, THEY TOLD US THAT WE MUST CALL BACK LATER BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY DRINKING COFFEE AND TEA. Helloooooo??? Can this place be more unprofessional? Now we sit with a broken radio, broken clutch, broken top gasket, oil stains, scratches, no batch and a gross smelling car. After paying a ton of money, we are very unhappy. Please do not use this company; you do not want to pay so much money, dealing with such people and feel like crying driving home.
There is a problem with my student account which is on their part to start with. I'm on the line as we speak for way more than an hour. Who has the damn airtime for this ****? I've been put through to VARIOUS people that's suppose to help me. Each one tells me it's the wrong department and the last one simply ended the call. And guess what? They ended the call at the end. Literally ended the whole thing!? They appoint incompatible people that can barely speak English, not even talking about Afrikaans. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ABSA!!! I am EXTREMELY dissapointed.
<p>I went there to get quotes for travelling overseas, and I'm still waiting on my response. This is very upsetting because most people get to travel overseas once in their life and getting such unfriendly service makes it unpleasant. I would never walk into that place again. The old lady was unfriendly (she made me feel like I was bothering her), I asked her to look for prices and she told me that she can't because she is busy. I had to ask her to actually take my number & email, which obviously nothing came from. I feel very disappointed. </p>
<p>I bought two manicure vouchers for gellish overlay. My first impression was when the lady over the phone spoke in a unprofessional way.</p> <p>When we arrived for our appointment, I did not experience the lady who helped us as friendly. She did not introduce herself and was not very helpful with questions either. She did not paint my moms nails the way she asked and she flatly refused to do a simple nail art.</p> <p>The kitchen paper on which we put our hands was dirty and she did not change it. The nail oven was very dirty; i hated it. There was staff sitting around us, talking very loud while eating bubblegum quite unladylike.</p> <p>To top everything off, our nails started coming off the second day already. We are very disappointed and I strongly suggest that no one visits this salon.</p>
