Poor Service and No Communication from Neil Govender Attorneys

I am highly disappointed in the way Neil Govender Attorneys have handled my third-party claim on behalf of FNB (Ref: RMO19199 / MAT23106).

It has been over 3 months since I submitted all the required documents, yet there has been no meaningful progress. Every time I follow up, I’m told the claim is “still being validated” with no clear explanation or timelines. In fact, communication has been extremely poor – I am often left in the dark, with no updates or feedback unless I chase after them.

Meanwhile, my car is still damaged and unusable for Uber, which is my main source of income. I have now been out of work for over 3 months, and this delay is directly impacting my livelihood.

As attorneys appointed to process this matter, I expected professionalism, urgency, and accountability. Instead, the lack of action and avoidance has caused nothing but stress and financial loss.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will continue to escalate this issue until it is resolved.
