Good advice when buying bike for first time

I got excellent advice and assistance from Gavin and Neil when choosing my first bike. In an industry where a bicycle can cost more than a car, Gavin understood that I was new to cycling and made sure that I bought a reasonably priced bike that would meet my needs. His advice was spot on and I love my purchase.

Neil helped me fit the bike carrier to my car. He's given me "tuition" on how to properly service my bike and use my gears when riding.
