I have been very happy with the service on my account. Today i was well assisted by Lindiwe Plaatjies to update my account information, and to answer some general queries. Easy and clear
Warning!!! Ticket prices too good to believe... because they are. This is a ****.... Lorrain Fourie "sells" tickets at "incredible prices. Takes your money upfront. Then stops taking calls. Lots of excuses - child sick, computer crash, cant get into her system" sounds like a **** because it is
This is a compliment. I had excellent experience shopping at the Tokai store. Firstly I came in to find out about a Spindel dryer. Instead of just taking my money, Chad spoke to me about my needs and I realized that the Spindel was not going to be right for me. I then spoke to him about Tumble dryers and he was able to give me options at various price levels that were relevant to my needs. I needed to think about it and took his details. When I returned to the store on Saturday - it was very busy and shortstaffed due to Eid. I never felt rushed or disregarded. EVERYONE was super good. They explained that they were shortstaffed and apologized and were then super efficient. It took a little bit longer to do the transactions (i'm talking 5 minutes only, not hours) . I landed up buying the more expensive heat pump tumble dryer and also got a new frying pan. alll in all an excellent experience. Well done Tokai
Gee they are excellent. Selwyn has been my friends' "moving guy" ifor many years. I therefore got a quote from them when I was relocating to Cape Town. Whilst not the cheapest, their quote was reasonable and based on my friends recommendation and a small move they did for me , I went with them. What a fantastic choice. The move was pain free. from collection (which I couldn't be there for so a friend assisted) to transport and delivery. The team was nothing other than excellent. They even transported a special guitar with a fragile neck - taking it with them in the cabin to make sure it wasn't damaged. That's exceptional care.
Nedbank took their fee of tens of thousands of Rands and have messed up at every turn. I'd give them a minus 100 if this was possible. The latest mess up is they have lost the estate documents. After finalising the estate - my friend based in San Diego asked for documents to be couriered to him in USA - knowing that the postal service is poor in South Africa. Despite this request, the documents were Mailed. They haven't arrived and are untraceable. This is inexcusable. He has been following up over the past 12 months to enquire about status. They still haven't resolved this, nor apologized, nor made a plan to try trace them. The head of the section keeps pushing the query to the poor sod who sent off the documents. Where is her accountability? You are not going resolve it by punishing the junior person.
When I was looking for a rental property in Cape Town, I contacted Patsy Fivelman who does rentals in the Southern Suburbs. She listened to my needs and contacted me a few days later when she found a property that met them. She has been helpful beyond the time the keys were handed over: Knowing I'm new to Cape Town she's helped information about the area (even giving me her doctor's details when I got flu) .
I got excellent advice and assistance from Gavin and Neil when choosing my first bike. In an industry where a bicycle can cost more than a car, Gavin understood that I was new to cycling and made sure that I bought a reasonably priced bike that would meet my needs. His advice was spot on and I love my purchase. Neil helped me fit the bike carrier to my car. He's given me "tuition" on how to properly service my bike and use my gears when riding. Very good
Compliments to Linda Van Der Walt from Absa Homeloans What a superb bond specialist she is. Works with client to make sure the application process is seamless. Excellent communication and knowledge. She did my pervious home loan and when I was wanting to apply for a new bond, I sought her out because she is THAT good.
Ewan has won you a customer. Spec Savers Riverside Mall, Cape Town I was in the store with a friend who needed help with repair to his glasses. I found a pair of frames i liked, however as my medical aid benefit only kicks in about a month from now I had to wait. This meant that the current special offer would expire. Ewan went out of his way to make this happen. bottom line - on 10th March I will be able to come in for my eyetest, get new glasses , WITH the frames he's keeping AND all at the special price! He has communicated with me along the way and best of all his positive and friendly personality lights up my day. Great service from excellent service-minded Ewan
